*NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR CORALS. LOCAL PICK-UP IN VERMONT ONLY! * You will be charged a 3.5% cancellation fee if you order corals with the intent on having them shipped. This will cover the processing fee charged by 3rd party payment providers.
Our corals are healthy and happy when they leave our facility and they are pest free.
All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reef keeping experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). Therefore, there will be no refunds for dead or stressed out corals after the corals leave our facility. Please ask if you are unsure as we are here to help!

We use USPS and charge a flat rate of $10. Shipping is only to Continental US.
Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know.
If you place an order and then ask to cancel it, you will be refunded your order amount LESS the 3% CC/Paypal processing fee that we are charged (processors do not refund this 3% under any circumstances).
You can return unwashed and unworn products by mail within 30 days of your order date. To qualify for a refund you will need to send an email to us at orders@reefbum.com within 14 days of the order date.
Please follow these instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:
- Include a copy of the invoice.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and send it to the following address:

Warranty & Refunds
GHL provides a 2 year warranty against core GHL products; ProfiLux, Mitras LX7, Dosers, KHD and IOND. Probe warranty info can be found at the bottom of this page. As for refunds, ReefBum, LLC and GHL USA do not accept returns unless an item was incorrectly shipped or there is a valid warranty case. All sales are final. Customers will be directed to GHL USA for all warranty issues.
ROYAL EXCLUSIV SHIPPING, WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Warranty & Refunds
Royal Exclusiv USA provides a 2 year warranty against manufacturer related issues on RD3 and RDX pumps and a 1 year warranty on standard AC pumps. As for refunds, ReefBum, LLC and Royal Exclusiv USA do not accept returns. All sales are final. Customers will be directed to Royal Exclusiv USA for all warranty issues.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty:
Warranty on all products is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at Reef Brite’s discretion, and does not cover: personal injury, property loss, incidental damages or consequential damages associated with the use of these products. Reef Brite also states that the improper use these products, acts of nature, electrical surge, power failure, saltwater corrosion, improper installation or improper maintenance of these products will not be covered. The warranty covers manufacture defects in craftsmanship. Any items that have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by other than Reef Brite will void this warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the exclusions or the limitations of incidental or consequential damages and therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

RETURN POLICY
Product believed to be defective during the warranty period may be returned to Reef Brite with a generated Return Merchandised Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned to Reef Brite without an RMA number will not be accepted from freight carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay freight to return items. Customer is responsible for all damage incurred during shipment to Reef Brite.
Items will be tested, repaired or replaced and returned to the customer via ground service. It is not the responsibility of Reef Brite to pay freight if a product is not under warranty. Product that has been subject to misuse, outdoor exposure or water damage will not be covered under warranty and if the original receipt is not submitted with the product the warrant will be voided.

Suspected Spam/Fraud
Any order that is suspected spam/fraud will be refunded minus a 3.5% cancellation fee. This will cover the processing fee charged by 3rd party payment providers.
Orders Placed by Mistake
Any order placed by mistake will be refunded minus a 3.5% cancellation fee. This will cover the processing fee charged by 3rd party payment providers. Customers must contact ReefBum, LLC within 24 hours of placing an order by mistake to receive a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The buyer assumes responsibility once the package is with the carrier (after a package is shipped by either ReefBum, LLC or the supplier/manufacturer to the customer). The buyer is liable if the package is lost or stolen and is responsible for seeking reimbursement from the shipping carrier for the value of the goods purchased.
